What is Dreambooster in simple terms?

Dreambooster combines flexible invested saving with an interest‑rate protection component for your future financing. It helps you build capital step by step and lock in your preferred interest‑rate level for later.

Who is Dreambooster suitable for?

Dreambooster is designed for clients who plan long term, have substantial financing or savings needs, and value predictable interest costs plus flexibility. Whether the product is suitable in an individual case is assessed in a personal consultation, taking into account the client's risk profile, financial situation, investment horizon and goals.

For which projects can I use Dreambooster?

Dreambooster can be used for various goals: buying or renovating an owner‑occupied property, structuring an investment property portfolio, securing future financing, or other larger projects and dreams. If your plans change while you save, you can still use the accumulated capital for different purposes at the end of the savings phase.

Do I have to take out a loan later?

No. At the end of the savings phase you will always receive your accumulated capital including returns back. If it makes sense for you, your advisor can help you arrange suitable financing that makes use of your agreed interest‑rate level.

Savings & flexibility

How does the savings phase work in practice?

Together with your advisor you define a monthly contribution, a term and a target amount. Your money is invested in line with the market, giving you return potential while you simultaneously secure an interest‑rate level for your future financing.

Can I have several Dreambooster contracts at the same time?

Yes. You can hold multiple Dreambooster contracts with different terms and target amounts, for example for your own home, an investment property and business projects.

Do I always have to pay the same monthly amount?

We recommend a stable monthly contribution so that you reliably reach your savings target. You are always free to make additional payments; the key is to be close to your target amount by the end of the savings phase.

Can I access my money early?

During the agreed savings phase, spontaneous access is not possible because the conditions and interest‑rate protection are planned for the long term. Once the savings phase has ended, you are flexible and can choose between payout or using the capital for financing.

Can I change the maturity of my contract?

You remain flexible in how you use your accumulated capital and can apply it to different projects. The date on which your interest‑rate protection becomes effective is fixed and cannot be changed afterwards.

What happens at the end of the savings phase?

We will remind you in good time towards the end of your savings phase. You can choose to withdraw your savings including returns or use them together with your interest‑rate protection to improve the terms and structure of a loan.

How quickly do I get my money?

If you notify us at least three weeks in advance, we can prepare either the payout or the use of your capital in a financing solution together with your advisor.

Can I temporarily adjust my monthly contribution?

You can discuss with your advisor how to adapt your monthly contribution to changing life circumstances, for example if you want to save more or less for a certain period.

What happens if my plans change?

If you change or postpone your original project, you can still use your accumulated capital for different goals or choose a payout at the end of the savings phase.

What information should I bring to the consultation?

For a well‑founded recommendation, it helps if you bring an overview of your financial situation, existing obligations and your goals. This allows your advisor to assess whether and how Dreambooster fits your needs.

Cost, security & risk

How secure is my financing when interest-rates rise?

You define in advance which interest‑rate level you want to secure. If market rates move above that level, the interest‑rate protection component compensates the difference wholly or partly, making your future financing costs more predictable.

What fees and costs apply?

There is a one‑time closing fee, a one‑time fee for setting up the interest‑rate protection (depending on term and secured rate level) and ongoing costs on the managed savings volume. All fees are disclosed transparently before you sign anything.

What risks are involved?

Your savings are invested in line with the market and are therefore subject to fluctuations. Performance may differ from expectations, and the secured interest rate may turn out to be higher or lower than future market rates. A detailed risk explanation is provided in the personal consultation.

Who is my contractual partner and how is my money held?

The savings components are invested via regulated solutions and held as segregated assets. All structures follow high German and European regulatory standards; detailed information on counterparties and custody can be found in the product documentation.

How are taxes handled?

Investment returns may be subject to taxation. The exact tax treatment depends on your individual situation, so please consult your tax advisor for personal advice.

Which client situations is Dreambooster designed for?

Typical use cases include preparing the purchase of an owner‑occupied home, structuring investment property portfolios, securing future financing and funding commercial projects or practice takeovers.

How flexible is client access to funds?

After the agreed savings phase ends, clients can choose between a payout or using the accumulated capital to optimise future loan conditions. During the savings phase the focus is on predictable capital build‑up.

How are fees and commissions structured?

There is a transparent structure consisting of a closing fee, a fee for setting up the interest‑rate protection and ongoing charges on the managed volume. Details on any distribution remuneration are set out in the relevant product and partner documentation.

Who is responsible for regulation and custody?

Savings components are implemented via regulated solutions and held as segregated assets, while interest‑rate protection is structured with independent partners. All components follow German and European regulatory standards, as detailed in the product and legal documentation.

How is Dreambooster integrated into my advisory process?

You define the project, timeframe and target loan amount with your client, select the savings and investment strategy, choose the interest‑rate level and loan term, and receive a structured Dreambooster concept that fits into your existing tools and processes.

How do I become a distribution partner for Dreambooster?

If you want to use Dreambooster in your advisory practice, you can reach out via the "Partnerships" section. We guide you through onboarding, provide training and materials and integrate you into our partner ecosystem.

Where can I buy the product?
