Modern Finance Nation selects Huddlestock as IaaS partner in Germany

Modern Finance Nation (MFN) has entered into an Investment-as-a-Service (IaaS) agreement with Huddlestock Fintech AS, a leading Nordic provider of investment technology and services. The partnership establishes the regulatory and technological backbone for scaling MFN’s Dreambooster concept with German customers and, over time, across continental Europe.

Building a secure and scalable infrastructure for Dreambooster

Under the agreement, MFN will operate as a contractually bound broker under Huddlestock’s regulatory infrastructure and liability umbrella. This setup enables MFN to offer a securities-based solution that combines exchange-traded funds (ETFs) with interest rate instruments to support larger private investments.

Huddlestock’s asset-light European IaaS platform will handle core brokerage, custody and operational processes, allowing MFN to focus on product innovation, customer experience and distribution. Revenues for Huddlestock from the agreement are expected to start in the second half of 2026 and grow with the number of customers on the MFN platform.

What the partnership means for MFN customers

MFN is developing an innovative model for financing larger private investments, such as homes or major life projects, by combining long-term saving with protection against rising borrowing costs. Through the partnership with Huddlestock, customers will be able to:

Expanding Huddlestock’s IaaS footprint in Germany

For Huddlestock, MFN becomes an important IaaS customer in Germany and supports its strategic focus on asset-light, scalable partnerships in continental Europe. Following the restructuring of its business in 2025, Huddlestock is using its European IaaS platform to enable digital investment offerings for partners across the region.

The agreement with MFN includes a distribution component: Huddlestock has the right to offer MFN’s model to third-party platforms, creating additional growth potential by broadening the reach of MFN’s concept beyond its own channels. This creates new recurring revenue streams for Huddlestock and supports MFN’s ambition to make its solution available to more consumers in Germany and across Europe.

Germany is one of the largest European markets for long-term savings and private financing, and MFN’s partnership with Huddlestock is a key milestone on the way to a broader rollout.
